Grooms who used to arrive by elephant, camel or a decked-out white horse now alight from a helicopter. The giant white tent in the back yard for 1,000 guests has given way to a hand-painted stage recreating a Monte Carlo casino -- or to a wedding in Monte Carlo itself.

Take the outfit to the professional dry cleaner after your wedding. Alert the cleaner to any stains and loose stitches. Ask your cleaner for a special acid-free box to store your dress in and pack it in acid-free tissue paper. You can also hang the dress placing on a padded hanger and wrapping in a clean white cotton sheet. Inspect your dress on each anniversary for any discoloured areas. .

For our cover story, we decided to do our own version of Sex and the City bridal fashion an idea inspired by the movie coming out in May. We also present new twists on reception menus, the latest trends in invitations, a fresh look at white dresses and a modern-day fairytale wedding, complete with castle. .
Eddie Murphy’s Wedding — Small and Sweet
Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds tied the knot on New Year's Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. 25 friends and family were in attendance at the sunset ceremony on the beach Tuesday. Here are some of the wedding details via People.: – Tracey walked barefoot down the aisle to Gladys Knight's "Makings of You." – Eddie wore a cream suit and vest with an off-white handkerchief. – The wedding was designed by event designer Colin Cowie, who created a gazebo on the beach made out of 6,000 shells for the ceremony. – The wedding cake featured four layers in whites and cream with handmade sugar cymbidium and dendrobium orchids. Tracey & Eddie started dating last fall and were engaged in July. .
